MAGNA LUBE
Horizontal Drilling Lubricant  

DESCRIPTION: MAGNA LUBE is a high-tech lubricant specially formulated for highly deviated or horizontal drilling applications for land use or other areas not requiring environmental restrictions. MAGNA LUBE was developed initially for use in the Austin Chalk and has since been used in over 2000 wells. MAGNA LUBE has a high affinity for metal surfaces, and will adhere tenaciously to drill pipe and drill collars. This enables the pipe to slide effectively without excessive loss of weight to the bit. MAGNA LUBE also eliminates torque and drag, prevents differential sticking and protects the drill pipe from corrosion.

RECOMMENDED USE: The extreme efficiency of this product allows for low use levels. For a typical 800-1000 bbl system, add 3 drums slowly (one drum per hour). Maintain the system with 2 drums per day while drilling. Always add the product s-l-o-w-l-y into the suction pit as close to the suction line as possible. MAGNA LUBE is an oil soluble product and will not mix readily with the drilling fluid.

PACKAGING, HANDLING AND STORAGE: Packaged in 55 gallon drums, totes, or in bulk. Handle with caution. Contains petroleum distillates. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If skin contact occurs, wash with soap and water. If eye contact occurs, flush with water for 15 minutes, contact physician. Store between 40˚ - 120˚F.
